Overnight Financing Charges
Swap free accounts do not pay or earn swap or interest on trading instruments, however, a holding fee will be applicable for holding open positions overnight. Any trades open overnight will be charged a flat rate holding fee. Rates & holding period are subject to change to reflect market conditions when necessary. IC Markets Raw Spread and Standard Account commissions and spreads apply.

The Holding fee will be charged every calendar day including weekends. Weekend holding fees will be charged the next business day.
New positions in eligible instruments will benefit from a 5-day grace period. During this period, no holding fee is incurred if the position is closed before the applicable grace period expires. For example, if you open a position in BTCUSD on Monday, 9 February 2026, no holding fee will apply if the position is closed before market close on Friday, 13 February 2026.
The 5-day grace period does not apply to XNGUSD, XTIUSD or XBRUSD, where holding fees apply from the first applicable overnight holding period. USDJPY and GBPJPY are subject to a 2-day grace period.
